I am so grateful to have had Scott as my agent when I sold my home. He brings so much expertise and experience to the table, that I can’t imagine selling or buying a property without him now. Scott’s knowledge base is vast - he had worked on many elements of construction prior to his current career and has a very trained eye. Within seconds of entering a property he is able to spot issues I’d never notice. It’s like he has x-ray vision, really, for homes! Things like texture inconsistencies, missing alarms, leveling, patches, and more come to mind. When we were preparing my home, which was overall in good condition for it’s age, for market, he came through and helped me take it from good all the way to perfect! He put on the gloves and got the tools out and transformed it to an amazing home for the next family to enjoy. I am confident the price I got on my home was enhanced by Scott’s efforts. Scott is the type of realtor to see every element all the way to the end, and still keep a great relationship with you into the future, well after the deal is closed. Scott, thank you for your knowledge, time, effort, and for becoming a wonderful friend to my entire family. We all love you and look forward to trusting you to help out our loved ones in the future!
