I am so grateful to have had Scott as my agent when I sold my home. He brings so much expertise and experience to the table, that I can’t imagine selling or buying a property without him now. Within seconds of entering a property he is able to spot issues I’d never notice. It’s like he has x-ray vision, really, for homes! Things like texture inconsistencies, missing alarms, leveling, patches, and more come to mind. When we were preparing my home, which was overall in good condition for it’s age, for market, he came through and helped me take it from good all the way to perfect! He put on the gloves and got the tools out and transformed it to an amazing home for the next family to enjoy. I am confident the price I got on my home was enhanced by Scott’s efforts.
