During the buying process, she demonstrated patience, impartial frankness, and an ability to discern which things we liked without us being able to describe them very well. When it was time for us to sell our house, she was thoughtful and considerate and made the process very easy for us. She responded to all of our questions (even repeated questions when things slipped my mind) very quickly and effectively.
