I don't even know where to start! I was completely new to home buying, and was very cautious of working with just anyone. We had reached out to Lilly due to her working with military (I happened to be a Veteran leveraging my VA loan/benefits). Lilly was not only extremely professional and helpful every step of the way, she also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had some letdowns on multiple offers over a course of a few months in a crazy market, but in a very personable way, made us feel motivated to keep pushing ourselves to find our dream home despite the setbacks. And it was in no way in a pushy way, it was in a very experienced and empathetic way, going through the motions with us. It was because of Lilly that we officially own, and happily live, in our beautiful new home now! Her experience really shone through, and it's nice that there was someone who cared so much about us. It was truly having a friend on the "inside" working with you, instead of just for you. She responded quickly, she was honest and forthcoming with information, very communicative, extremely proactive, and I am just so lucky that this was my experience for the first time in purchasing a home all the way across the country. She made the process of us being on different sides of the country EASY; even down to her virtual home walkthroughs she had done for us so many times. Having had experience with seeing how other agents sometimes work, especially during our home buying journey, I realized just how grateful I was for Lilly, that's for sure. She plays no games, has no tricks up her sleeve, and is dedicated to helping you, which comes first and foremost. I can't recommend her enough.
