I suddenly found myself without a real estate agent to help me find a rental home. I contacted Michael at 10:35 am on a Saturday, and was seeing a place by 11:00 am. He sent the application that evening, we filled it out Sunday morning, did the background check in the afternoon, and were signing a lease by Monday morning! To a place we absolutely LOVE!
