We worked with Rochelle for the purchase of a vacation home in Las Vegas. She could not have done a better job. We were a challenge to work with due to living 2,000 miles from Las Vegas. Rochelle always accommodated our schedule, even when it meant facilitating showings during Memorial Day weekend. We picked Rochelle because she was the Listing agent on a house we were initially interested in. Ultimately, we decided a condo was a better fit due to the challenges maintaining a house with a pool would bring. Throughout our property tours, Rochelle always reminded us of the benefits her listing offered, but never pushed us toward it when she realized it wasn’t the right property for our needs. It’s rare to find a Realtor that prioritizes their Seller, but also represents the needs of the Buyers they are working with. The property we ultimately picked was in a gated community and the Seller’s agent was less than actively engaged. Frankly, she was worthless. Rochelle went above and beyond to get us access to the unit, get our questions answered, and schedule contractors to fix the undisclosed property defects that we found on our final walk through. With a lesser agent, I think we would have walked away. But Rochelle stayed engaged until we were satisfied, and got the deal done. We could not have picked a better Realtor.

Initially I had concerns about the process of purchasing in Las Vegas. I live in New York and had to travel across country to look at places I was interested in purchasing. I also had a limited ability to drive the administrative process as I did not really understand the Nevada market. I had many concerns that this was going to create challenges in my purchasing the condo that I wanted and that it would be a slow and difficult process. When I met Paul for the first time, he quickly changed my perception. He was very organized in his process to look at locations, and created a targeted list for me to see. He was also diligent, and made sure that he received as many permissions as possible from tenants to allow me to see a broad array of different locations. Paul quickly had me zoned into the building I wanted to purchase in, and showed me a condo I quickly knew I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, it felt like the whole transaction was on autopilot. Paul did all of the administration necessary for me to close. He coordinated with the sellers and their agent to document changes to the contract, coordinated with the title company and the bank around funding, and even helped me answer numerous questions around the Nevada market. We went from contract to close in roughly 30 days. I have purchased number of homes in the past and have worked with several different brokers. My experience with Paul was the best, and I certainly would recommend him to colleagues who are interested in the market.

Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is trustworthy and was willing to do what needed to be done to sell my house. She came and helped me pack. She took me out to look at properties (within my budget and in the areas I wanted to live). She offered great advice and gave me options which was great as this was my first time selling a home. She took care of everything! We have become friends through this process. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, seamless experience.
