As a first time seller, Barbara made the whole experience super easy. She knows her stuff and really gave great advice as to what I needed to do to get my house ready for the market with the budget I had to work with. When it came time to sell the house, Barbara took care of getting the photographer, a pre-sell home inspection (where I could get an idea of what items might get listed on a home inspection), and getting interest generated in the house. Barbara also answered all my questions during the selling process and helping to get things scheduled with the buyer and their agent (home inspection, final walk through, etc.).
