As a first time seller, Barbara made the whole experience super easy. She knows her stuff and really gave great advice as to what I needed to do to get my house ready for the market with the budget I had to work with. When it came time to sell the house, Barbara took care of getting the photographer, a pre-sell home inspection (where I could get an idea of what items might get listed on a home inspection), and getting interest generated in the house. Barbara also answered all my questions during the selling process and helping to get things scheduled with the buyer and their agent (home inspection, final walk through, etc.). She is the best at what she does and easy to work with.

What can i say about Eva? First , i never knew i even needed an agent selling my home. I THOUGHT i knew it all, i was a big shot, that my house was gonna sell itself. WRONG. it is 2019. There are title companies, escrow, appraisers, inspectors, third parties , openings , closing, showings, open houses. it can make your mind explode once you start down the path . today more then ever a person doesnt even realize the benefits of having a superstar realitor like Eva until you meet with her. she is beyond knowledgeable and to the book as they come. She will get you the best deal available. she works with you, your needs, your budget. she is beyond just a normal agent, she became like family to me. my case was one of emergency more then a standard sale - i was down and out. she made everything possible, handled the advertising campaign , ran open houses, did and arranged public viewings, fixed stuff that needed fixing, oh my god she even brought me food when i was broke and had none. this isnt what a realitor from another company, maybe anyplace would do period. she genuinely wants to help you - selling or buying a property comes second - i will never forget her for this, plus i absolutely love her husband too ( a valueable and knowledgable handyman hvac do it all jack of trades- and he too can be yours for an unbelievable price) my only regret is i moved away from vegas entirely and may possibly never see her and her husband again, and that would be the only terrible part of becoming her client and friend.
