Dawn was recommended to me by one of her previous client. She is what I was looking for in an agent to help me sell my house. She is a great communicator and always responded my messages/calls promptly. She has many years of experience in her field, so she is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. Dawn went above and beyond to make this transaction as smooth as possible for me. She is truly a professional. I was very happy she was my real estate agent. She helped me sell my house in about one month!

We called Dawn Balani as soon as we wanted to sell our home. She has a unique perspective on the housing market that allowed us to get the best possible deal on our home. We would highly recommend Dawn to all of our family and friends.

Highly recommend, we sold the house within 60 days of listing.

Appreciated Mirvate's timely help when issues arose during the sales process. She handled those issues quickly and in a professional manner. She made sure that those issues resolved as quickly as possible. She has a good understanding of the market. Definitely recommend Mirvate.

I work with Mirvate mostly on the buyers side, however I had the pleasure of working with her while she represented the sellers and I was on the buyers side. I had to go back several times and re-inspect repaired items, but what I did not know was the deal was already closed and she was still helping the sellers with the remaining repairs, going above and beyond. She was always available, coordinated with both parties and even offered to pay the re-inspection fee. From my perspective as an inspector, Mirvate made the whole process very easy and is a pleasure to work with!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to my amazing real estate partner, Mirvate Thrower. She recently referred me some incredible clients, and I can honestly say it’s been such a joy helping them get into their new home. What I love most about working with Mirvate is how much she truly cares for her clients. They come to me so prepared, supported, and excited because she’s already gone above and beyond for them. That kind of dedication makes all the difference—not just in closing a loan, but in creating a smooth and happy homebuying journey. I’m so grateful for her trust and partnership. If you or someone you know is looking for a Realtor® who treats clients like family, Mirvate is the one you want by your side! 🙌
