I felt like I was her only client. After the home was purchased I needed to remodel it from top to bottom. She and her team had a list of very capable tradesmen who I hired to complete the work. They all performed above my expectations. I am so glad I relied on Teresa for these recommendations. I had no idea a real estate agent would do this. There are too many examples of her going above and beyond what I ever expected and agent to do. She treated me like family. I don't know how he did it but he was able to get me a gorgeous home for a price that was well under how much it was worth! When looking for a house, I was more than picky about the location. I gave him a general area that I wanted and my price range reduced that to just three possible neighborhoods. In a short matter of time, Joshua was able to find me the perfect home. He knew it was the perfect home for me before I even saw it. He was able to decipher exactly what I was looking for in a house, when I couldn't even tell what him it was that I liked or disliked. Joshua some how turned my dream home into reality. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. Everything can be very overwhelming at first but I actually understand majority of the process now.
