I was referred to Randi through a mutual friend when I wanted to rent out my condo. Randi was on top of it from day one. (Also knew when someone was trying to pull a fast one ;) ). Always keeping me up to date on potential renters, answered any of my concerns and always returned phone calls and e-mails. If repairs were needed she handled everything. I had the best tenants for over 8 years with Randi as the managing agent. I thanked her for that. Randi was also the selling agent when I recently sold my condo and I can't be more thankful to her. She's always professional, on time and gets the job done while always in contact with me. I would definitely use her again!!!

After my parents died I wen to sell their home. It wasnt long before I was told the property would have to go through the probate process. I received a flyer in the mail from Kimberley.. She was better then advertised. Not only did she direct me on the best ways to get the most money out of the property she is also a pro in probate procedure. Kimberly worked closely with my probate lawyer for a smooth transition Kimberly is a very caring person. She works hard and tireless for the best experiance possible. I would use her again and invite others to use her also.
