Whether you’re a first time buyer or a seasoned professional I guarantee there is something Tracy can do that will just make you step back and feel grateful. My husband and I just bought our first home with our 5 month old and she went the distance. Not only did she take careful consideration of everything we said but she was also extremely prompt. It is not often you find both qualities and especially in the society we live in. She certainly is the best and I wouldn’t doubt that the entire Las Vegas Metropolitan Area would agree. I know we got the best deal we could’ve found in the economy currently, and that’s really all you can ask for. Thank you, Tracy!! We will definitely be using you for all home purchases indefinitely and you should too!!

Tracy is amazing! She works hard for you and WITH you. If you need a realtor she is the one. Above and beyond even in this crazy marker. She makes you feel comfortable and confident through the entire process.

Just can't say enough about this GEM of a realtor and human! She made selling my (quite frankly) neglected single family-home property a breeze. Oversaw the complete renovation from top to bottom, utilizing all her connections to get the job done pain-free to the seller. Not only did she save me tens of thousands of dollars in renovation costs but she assisted in the research, shopping , coordinating and selection of every last detail. Her taste was impeccable; her enthusiasm a delight; her patience unending; and her commitment to the perfect project was amazing. After just a few short months of a total make-over, Tracy stepped right in and used her jaw-dropping negotiating skills to get me an extremely impressive offer the first week my house went on the market. If you want someone with talent, 20+ years experience in the real estate market, enthusiasm and dedication, I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy!

Tammi and her team were amazing to work with. They are always on top of everything and when there are hiccups during escrow, as they happen often, Tammi was able to help resolve it immediately. She has helped me with more than a dozen transactions and I highly recommend her!

I've had the privilege of working with Tammi and Mike Panos on both the buying and selling side of transactions and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they helped me sell a rental property that was in rough shape. Being from out of state I was concerned that I may have to take several trips to get the property ready for sale. But Mike and Tammi jumped in immediately and took ownership of the situation as if it were their own! They made great recommendations on what to repair/freshen up and then knew excellent workers that got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. Mike even did several of the repairs himself! Their excellent communication and very pleasant can-do attitude made the process enjoyable. They found a buyer quickly and then represented me very well in the back and forth that ensued all the way up until closing. If you're looking for a realtor in Las Vegas - this is your team! They go well above and beyond and are truly delightful people to work with!

Mike and Tammi are hands down the best in the biz! From start to finish they are prepared. They do their homework on comps in the area helping us with list price that will sell and get us every penny possible. They guided us every step of the way in prepping our home for sale to giving their expert opinion on what to accept or counter on any offers. Team Panos is a team with integrity and one who is loyal. Over the years they have been more than our realtors. They’ve been one of our best friends. Truly selfless people and we have been beyond blessed knowing them. This sale is taking us far away but I know this is a friendship to last a lifetime. We love you Team Panos!!!xoxo
