Whether you’re a first time buyer or a seasoned professional I guarantee there is something Tracy can do that will just make you step back and feel grateful. My husband and I just bought our first home with our 5 month old and she went the distance. Not only did she take careful consideration of everything we said but she was also extremely prompt. It is not often you find both qualities and especially in the society we live in. She certainly is the best and I wouldn’t doubt that the entire Las Vegas Metropolitan Area would agree. Just can't say enough about this GEM of a realtor and human! She made selling my (quite frankly) neglected single family-home property a breeze. Oversaw the complete renovation from top to bottom, utilizing all her connections to get the job done pain-free to the seller. Not only did she save me tens of thousands of dollars in renovation costs but she assisted in the research, shopping , coordinating and selection of every last detail. Her taste was impeccable; her enthusiasm a delight; her patience unending; and her commitment to the perfect project was amazing. After just a few short months of a total make-over, Tracy stepped right in and used her jaw-dropping negotiating skills to get me an extremely impressive offer the first week my house went on the market. If you want someone with talent, 20+ years experience in the real estate market, enthusiasm and dedication, I would HIGHLY recommend Tracy!

If I could give Tracy 10 stars, I would gladly change the rating system on Zillow. She is so extremely honest, knowledgeable in every aspect of the entire process of buying a home, but also knows all the ins and outs of what a buyer should be looking for, what to avoid, etc. Not only did she help us find the house of our dreams, she helped us dodge a ton of issues before they were blockers and made sure we received everything we should have, even all the way up to the final walkthrough. Her eye for interior design is not to be ignored either! You want your place to look that extra something? Ask her for her opinion! :) Lastly, along with all of the above mentions, her patience with my indecisiveness is to not be ignored. There were times when I thought I should've punched myself in the face, yet she was always the voice of reason and only looking out for my interests first. If I were to ever buy additional properties in the Las Vegas area again, there's no doubt it would be with Tracy. No doubt.

We met Tracy when we moved to Henderson in 2007. She was assigned by my company’s relocation department and her service was above and beyond.
