Stephen was PERSONALLY at EVERY showing to actually SELL my home and all its attributes to the potential buyers as well as answer questions they had. No need for open houses. Elena started to take over the house from my previous renter and engaged immediately in preparing the house for market listing. The house had been rented for over 16 years and a lot of repairs and maintenance needed to be done to make it ready for sale. I, the owner of the house was away from the States.
