I hired Ramon as my agent to buy a unit in MGM, as Ramon was referred to me by my friend who owns hotel units in Vegas, so he's very familiar with the ins and outs. What really make me satisfy with his service is his prompt responses, excellent communication and always following through my requests. This allowed us to finish the purchase within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Ramon Wu for any prospective buyers!

Leslie, John, and Annette are the real deal, look no further! Team Carver’s knowledge of Sun City Anthem was second-to-none. The team adroitly marketed and positioned the house. Additionally, all the details were all well above and beyond what you would expect when you hire a listing agent. The team deployed effective marketing which showcased the home’s most compelling features. They regularly communicated these results through regular email updates. John generously made trips to the house, e.g. to put away the personal items that would be a distraction in effectively marketing the home to prospective buyers. We received regular marketing updates, with executive summaries and specific measurable data points and performance metrics should we want to dive deeper. Leslie, John and her team always treated the home as if it was their only listing, which of course it definitely was not! After the offer to purchase, Leslie skillfully and pragmatically communicated the issues that are inevitable in the close of escrow on any sale. Leslie was always thoughtful, cool and collected and most importantly, solution-focused. John continued to handle the small details agents frequently miss. For example,. he would go by the house to put the garbage cans to the curb and back since it was a long drive for me Finally, once the sale was ready to close, all of the personal items needed to be out of the house so that the buyers could close on time. Annette was the boots on the ground, with the plan and the time line, and most importantly the oversight. Annette helped secure the assistance of hired hands to ensure the job got done, on budget and on time. In short, everyone on Team Carver knew their role and did it well. This hastily-written (and self-edited) review does not do full justice my appreciation and wholehearted support and satisfaction with Team Carver. You will be glad you hired them and will not be disappointed.
