Kurt has been a family contact for quite some time. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and their specific needs. He explains every step of the process no matter how many times it takes. I would not use anyone else. In addition he really makes the entire process of looking narrowed down and educates the clients on how to best maximize their time and be efficient in the process.
Buyer of 810/4471 Dean Martin Drive, Paradise
I hired Kurt sight unseen after an easy, no pressure phone call and I feel super lucky to have had him as my agent. He has multiple decades of experience in Las Vegas and knows a ton and his demeanor is relaxed yet focused. He knew exactly what he was doing so that took the pressure off of me. I trust him, implicitly. Highest recommendation!
Buyer of 9632 Balais Drive, Las Vegas
Kurt is someone I know we can always trust to give us his honest opinion. He is always looking out for his client's best interest. His knowledge concerning real estate law and building codes is beyond incredible. There are not enough stars to rate him. Thanks, Kurt!!!!

Working with Sylvia was an absolute dream! It was clear that she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to deliver results. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and her commitment made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, explained every step, provided honest, and thoughtful advice. What impressed me most was her ability to anticipate challenges before they arose and handle everything with professionalism and ease. Thanks to Sylvia I found my perfect home (at the right price) and felt supported every step of the way. I can’t recommend her enough—if you’re looking for a realtor who combines expertise, integrity, and genuinely cares for her clients, look no further, Sylvia is the best!
