Working with Ron was the best experience we have ever had with selling a home. He was so professional, friendly, helpful, and with his help we sold our home for top dollar. He was always there when you needed to ask a question or get advice. He has been in the business for many years and his expertise shows! As a bonus he is a very nice person who really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Ron, and just can't say enough praises for him.

Ron was very knowledgeable, professional, and presented an honest and realistic listing price of our home. All of these things resulted in a fairly quick sale. Thanks Ron!

Ron gave us a realistic assessment of the comps to support our listing process .. as it turned out, single story homes are in high demand and we received several offers at or above our asking price .. Ron helped us qualify each offer and focus in on the one most likely to close .. we are extremely please with the end result; we closed on time ..
