Sherri Simhayoff-Cohen helped us with the sale of our mom's property at Quail Estates (a senior community) there in Las Vegas. Even after our mom relocated to San Diego, Sherri kept in constant communication with us every step of the way! Sherri maintained a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. When minor issues came about, Sherri didn't hesitate to provide us support and a resolution. Ruth was wonderful to work with and took time and made sure the sellers fixed everything on the inspection report from the big items to the paint chips. She always responded to all my text messages timely and I felt like we were in it together even when things were not going according to plan.

We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.

Debbie was on top of everything. We would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. She answered our questions and helpfully gave information about things we didn't know to ask. Her knowledge and experience gave us confidence in the nerve-racking process. Using a full-service realtor is definitely worth it vs 'discount' companies that might save a percent or two. So thankful Debbie was referred to us by our former (retired) realtor.

Dawn was great to work with, our house went into contract in less than 24 hrs, if your looking for a realtor that really works her business you need to contact her, I loved her honesty and work ethic!!!
