We had am amazing experience working with Todd to find our first home. His responsiveness was so helpful, and his knowledge of the area was wonderful. He was completely receptive to all of our needs and concerns, and I know that we wouldn't have found our amazing home without his help!

This spring I sold my home in Las Vegas with realtor Brendan Swanson. I found him to be very personable and listened carefully on how I wanted to proceed with the sale. He constantly kept me informed of his marketing tactics as the listing was placed on multiple internet sites. After awhile, he advised a slight reduction in the price in order to make the sale happen and it did. Brendan even met with me at the signing of the final documents - an extra gesture which I appreciated and showed his support all through the process. I felt I not only had an excellent realtor but also made a good friend. He constantly showed professionalism in his manner and expressing his purpose in representing me as a client. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a caring and knowledgeable realtor on their side - either buying or selling a home.
