Brendan Swanson

This spring I sold my home in Las Vegas with realtor Brendan Swanson. I found him to be very personable and listened carefully on how I wanted to proceed with the sale. He constantly kept me informed of his marketing tactics as the listing was placed on multiple internet sites. After awhile, he advised a slight reduction in the price in order to make the sale happen and it did. Brendan even met with me at the signing of the final documents - an extra gesture which I appreciated and showed his support all through the process. I felt I not only had an excellent realtor but also made a good friend. He constantly showed professionalism in his manner and expressing his purpose in representing me as a client. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a caring and knowledgeable realtor on their side - either buying or selling a home.
