Renee was very knowledgeable and helpful in selling my house. She knew what needed to be done for my house to show well. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out immediately. This was my first time selling and the process was more stressful than I had imagined. Renee really went above and beyond to make my experience as easy for me as possible.

We made the perfect choice choosing Erica as our agent for the sale of our rental property. The sale was not an easy one as the tenant in the property played every card to delay the inevitable eviction for damage her cats made. Erica hung in there with us every step of the way even appearing in front of the judge with me and property manager verifying the violations. When we had an offer for property she promptly emailed documents to us while we were in Europe visiting my son. She never missed a step in the process. Jeff did a wonderful job with selling our home in North Las Vegas. Jeff followed the sale making sure things stayed on track, this was extremely appreciated by Sheryl and I as we are out of state, so it was such a relief to have someone in the area that we could trust and was in front of the sale every step of the way.
