Smooth process, found my house quick, my agent Aaron Clay was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication. He stayed on top of everything related to the house and repairs and really went out of his way to make this a great and smooth experience. We had worked with Susette and Dave before, and they were fantastic then, so of course we chose them to sell our house. They were available to meet with us promptly after our initial contact, and they both explained the process thoroughly as we went through the paperwork. Both were sincerely interested in selling our home quickly and helping to ensure that we chose an appropriate asking price, and they made our listing attractive to buyers. We also appreciated how Susette consistently acted in our best interest, and she is honest and very knowledgeable about home buying and selling. We did experience a lapse in communication during the process. We submitted a counteroffer document to the buyer, and we didn't hear from Susette and Dave about that or any other developments for quite some time, so we were under the impression that everything was okay. Finally, 12 days later, we heard from Susette, the morning after the loan-contingency deadline, that the buyer's loan had fallen through; during this conversation, we learned that the buyer had never signed that most recent counteroffer we'd submitted. We would have appreciated proactive communication letting us know that the buyer hadn't responded in a timely fashion to that counteroffer, as well as earlier notice that there were signs of trouble for the buyer's loan. It would help clients tremendously if there were a standard policy of proactively checking in with the client regarding any developments, positive or negative, within five business days. Regardless, we did get a second buyer, and we definitely had more communication with Susette and Dave during that stretch. Ultimately the sale of our home went through smoothly, and we were glad to work with them both.

Debbie was on top of everything. We would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. She answered our questions and helpfully gave information about things we didn't know to ask. Her knowledge and experience gave us confidence in the nerve-racking process. Using a full-service realtor is definitely worth it vs 'discount' companies that might save a percent or two. So thankful Debbie was referred to us by our former (retired) realtor.

Charisse is easy to work it. She staged and sold our home in 5 days. She has answered every question we have had and have helped us every step of the way. She is very easy to get in contact with and always makes herself available. Charisse is very knowledgeable and an excellent resource for purchasing and selling, she does her homework and really dives into the project to best help her clients. We hired Charisse for the purchase of our home a year ago and now have hired her again for selling it. We will continue to hire her for all of our Vegas real estate transactions.
