Mike supported our unique needs to finding a property that was 5-10 minute commute of Creighton University. We were also buying the property from 1,200 miles away. Mike prepared for our visit in which we viewed ~7 properties. With a few offers to purchase falling through, Mike monitored the market for us and when new properties became available, he went to visit and we did virtual walk throughs.
