As someone who absolutely did not want to move, I feel uniquely qualified to review my husband as a realtor. Despite my best efforts to remain comfortably settled, he sold our last house above asking price, quickly, and with an efficiency that can only be described as mildly infuriating. If you are looking for results, unfortunately for spouses like me, he delivers. What has always stood out is how genuinely compassionate Brian is. He listens, takes his time, and never pushes people into decisions. He takes real pride in placing clients into homes that truly fit them, not just in closing a deal. He treats every client like it is personal, because to him, it is. He understands that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction, but a major life moment. Turns out, I can't even miss our old house as he found a home for our family, right across the street from my sister :) I cannot argue with the results or the care Brian brings to every client (yes, even with me).
