Hard to put into so few words how positive our experience was buying a home with Ellen! She was phenomenal, truly. I live 4 hours Upstate and I needed an agent I could trust completely. Pat exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond his realtor duties. Pat handled so many aspects of the selling process. He worked on the closing of an open building permit, coordinating repairs for an oil burner issue, snow removal, arranging an exterior power wash and gutter clean out.
