Michael is a fantastic realtor. He is honest, conscientious, professional, and diplomatic. Our home was sold in four days from the time that it was listed. And it was sold approximately $200,000 over asking price. Michael is excellent. He knows the area. He is able to price the house in the area at a competitive price point to peak people’s interest. And he gets reliable serious buyers. Although we settled on a family within four days. Michael presented four serious bids that we were able to choose from.

Mike was very easy to work with. He was patient, he listened to everything we wanted in a home and was very easy to communicate with. He addressed all questions and concerns in a timely manner.
