And it was sold approximately $200,000 over asking price. Michael is excellent. He knows the area. He is able to price the house in the area at a competitive price point to peak people’s interest. And he gets reliable serious buyers. Although we settled on a family within four days. Michael presented four serious bids that we were able to choose from.

Mike was very easy to work with. He was patient, he listened to everything we wanted in a home and was very easy to communicate with. He addressed all questions and concerns in a timely manner. In addition to helping us find our dream home he also sold our house within a couple days after putting it on the market. Highly recommend Mike!

This review is for Michael Amino. He has helped me sell my old home and find a new home all in the same time period. The stress and complexity of the sale and buying was enough to lose all my sanity. Trust me when I say this. The situation I was in, financial and personal, was far from easy at that time. If it wasn’t for Michael ; his vision, knowledge in navigating various complex situations, his skillful negotiations , his approach to his clients in professional and calm manner even when he was losing his hope and sanity, I would not have been here sitting in my new beautiful home if it wasn’t for him . In retrospect, I think no one would have pulled it all off if it wasn’t for Michael Amino. Most brokers would have just gave up after series of obstacles. I’m happy I trusted him.
