Kim Heald and Sara Ivie were a terrific team. They took care of so many details and came up with creative ideas for drawing attention to the property. They made a potentially difficult experience easy, and I am grateful.

Sara and Kim both worked consistently and creatively to make the most of the properties we sold.I appreciate their research, analyses, and overall service. They obviously care a lot about what they are doing!

Working with Kim and Sara to sell my Monrovia home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling a home while preparing for a move can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and manageable. From our very first conversation, they took the time to understand what was important to me and guided me through every step with patience, honesty, and genuine expertise. They were always responsive, kept me informed, and were available whenever I had questions or needed advice.Their knowledge of the local market was spot-on, and their attention to detail ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. More importantly, they treated me like a person and not just a transaction. I always felt that they had my best interests in mind and that I was in good hands. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication gave me confidence throughout the entire process. The sale of my home went smoothly, and I credit much of that success to Kim and Sara’s hard work and commitment.I would highly recommend Kim and Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for everything they did. Thank you both for helping make this important transition such a positive experience.
