Ten seconds. That’s how long it took for Bob to respond to our inquiry about a property. He arranged from his vacation to have us see it the next day and the day after that he and his gracious wife walked through the property again with us. It is no surprise that we were the winners in this home lottery where value and new memories meet up like friends. Just a few short weeks later we sat across the settlement table confident that everything would be in order. And of course it was. It matters who works with and for you in a new home purchase. We are grateful for Bob and Andrea. Highly Recommended!

Bob and Andrea were very accommodating. If we saw a listing we wanted to see on short notice, they always made it happen. They were able to find answers to our specific questions and always professional.

Daily updates, a perfect pair.

Kristen was excellent to work with during the purchase of our new home and later the sale of my previous home. Buying a home can be stressful, and Kristen made the process much more manageable. She stayed on top of every detail, communicated with us consistently, and always had our best interests in mind while we searched for the right home. We ultimately found a great fit, and she guided us through the process with clarity and confidence. After we settled into the new home, she also helped us sell my previous home. I was extremely busy and traveling often for work, including being overseas during part of the process. Kristen kept everything moving forward, followed up when needed, and made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. The sale went quickly and smoothly. She was thorough, responsive, and patient with our questions, even when we reached out late at night. Overall, it was a great experience. Communication is critical in both buying and selling, and Kristen delivered. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated realtor.

If you are looking for the best realtor in Boyertown, look no further than Kristen Weller and Randy Doaty at Legacy Real Estate. I recently worked with them to sell a property in Stowe, PA, and the level of expertise and responsiveness they brought to the table was truly unmatched. From the very beginning, Kristen and Randy stood out because they were the fastest to respond to my initial inquiry. In the fast-moving Pottstown and Stowe real estate market, timing is everything. They provided immediate, actionable feedback and jumped into high gear once they understood the specific timeline I wanted to work under. The property itself presented a unique challenge: it was situated on a beautiful piece of land but had a very quirky interior layout that required a nuanced marketing approach. This is where Randy Doaty’s deep local knowledge became a game-changer. His ability to quickly price and gauge the market based on complex comparisons was impressive. He made a strategic recommendation on a listing price that balanced the home’s unique character with the realities of the Montgomery County housing market. Despite the challenges of selling a home in winter, including weather that frequently held up showings, the results were spectacular. Kristen and Randy’s aggressive strategy and professional persistence paid off. My property was sold in just two months for over the asking price, perfectly hitting the initial timeline I had laid out. If you need real estate experts in Pottstown or top-rated agents in Boyertown, I cannot recommend the team at Legacy Real Estate enough. Kristen and Randy are dedicated, insightful, and incredibly efficient. They turn what could be a stressful process into a seamless success. Thank you, Kristen and Randy, for your hard work and for delivering a result that exceeded my expectations!

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Kristen was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. Her thoroughness and friendly approach made buying our home a smooth and positive experience. My fiancé and I highly recommend her.
