Amazing all around!

From the time with first talked to Tammy, she walked us through her process for selling a house and we knew we wanted her to list our home from that first conversation. When we were ready to list it, she moved quickly and was in communication with us daily to see where we were at and to make sure there was no delay in getting our home on the market. Once it was listed, she explained offers to us, told us what the details meant, and gave her professional opinion. We were under contract for over asking in 6 days! We had a 30 day closing timeline, and she was with us every step of the way from making sure all the paperwork was in order to providing advice based on her professional knowledge and experience on how to navigate different situations. We walked away from closing feeling so incredibly grateful to have Tammy as our realtor. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
