Mike was very well organized. We were out of town buyers and he was able to communicate effectively through email, text and phone conversations helping us fine tune our searching patterns to find the right house. When the time came for us to visit and spend a weekend going to houses Mike had a detailed game plan and was excellent pointing out potential issues and things to be aware of in every property. his attention to detail and putting his customers first was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase.

I have been working with Trish Murphy for decades. With her help, I have bought and sold multiple homes. Trish Murphy is the best realtor! She has the rare combination of being honest, extremely honorable, highly competent, and tremendously experienced. My mantra working with her has always been to just do whatever Trish says to do, and everything will work out well. This strategy has never failed me. I am so appreciative of the professionalism and experience that Trish brings to every client and to every transaction. Again, she is the best!
