Sandra and Alex are the dynamic duo that really shaped my first home buying experience in the most positive way. I just purchased my first home and have no prior market/home buying experience. This process had the potential to be incredibly stressful and nerve-racking, but they always had a way of taking the pressure off of me and assuring me that they had everything taken care of while still educating me on the process and guiding me for the duration of the journey. Alex and Sandra are both incredibly knowledgeable and understand the market across the whole DMV. They used their expertise to advise me on certain properties, pricing, contracts, contingencies, everything from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me the whole time, and encouraged me to make some harder decisions, but wouldn't hesitate to offer their opinions if asked. They explained everything to me in depth, and answered all of my (at times dumb) questions with kindness and professionalism. Both Sandra and Alex were always available to talk things through, or to answer my questions, and I never felt like I was one of many clients that they were balancing (even though I was). The experience was personalized and Alex and Sandra felt more like family. They were invested in me from the beginning, and I will never be able to thank them enough for their dedication, guidance, support, and expertise through the entirety of the process.
