As our agent, she did an excellent job of keeping us informed during the sales process and of advising us on key aspects of the sale that we had control of. When we reached the negotiation stage with our buyers, she was very direct with her advice and with her concerns. It is significant that during the whole process she was deeply involved helping a relative in another state with a very serious health issue and yet she scrupulously attended to the responsibilities of our sale, never appeared to be distracted and gave our sale all the attention we could have ever expected under the best of circumstances. Carolyne is an experienced, thoughtful real estate agent who successfully managed the sale of our property in 2025. It was the only property of its type to sell in 2025 in our part of town.
