From punctuality, response, and attention to detail, Sean was the consummate professional. The initial meeting explained SBR’s services in detail, which is amazing in itself. At the pre-appointment meeting, Sean provided really thorough and detailed comparisons, which was totally accurate for our sales price. Sean took care of the rest meticulously. Our experience was a little unusual in that the house we put an offer on was getting ready to go into foreclosure. Dustin was always available when we had questions and responded quickly with answers every time. He helped us negotiate with the seller and the bank, which sometimes got a little dicey! It all worked out in the end and we got a fantastic house for a very good price. Dustin and Allison also worked with both of our adult children to purchase homes! Would highly recommend them. They are personable and caring during a stressful time.
