We would not have our new home without John Hughes being our realtor.  At first, we were overbid by an above sticker offer, due to John’s knowledge and market sense, he suggested we submit a back-up offer.  Although we knew back up offers have very low odds, the situation was worth the submission according to our realtor.  To our shock and surprise, the original offer didn’t work out, and we were now first in line to buy this home.  Due to John’s consistent follow up, and common sense about real estate transactions, we had also learned from previous inspection that home would need a new roof.  A new roof scared us, but with John’s guidance we got through the process, with an even better price than originally thought, and on time for our original closing date!  Needless to say, John goes beyond what you’d expect from a realtor, which is exactly why I would suggest him to anyone in any real estate transaction.  He was able to think outside the box and solve problems for us to make this as easy possible to get into our beautiful new home.  Thank you John!  Jess, Rooney and I couldn’t be happier in our beautiful new home!

April never stopped working to make sure we found our perfect home! Though the market was insane, April was so in-tune with the area amd market trends, that our starter home sold in TWO DAYS! We then looked at many many homes. We almost settled, but April found us our dream house, and sealed the deal! April was adamant for us not to hesitate in contacting her for questions, showings, or to help in any way she could. We called her once, without notice, and asked for a last minute showing on a house we never thought could possibly be ours. We thought it was a long shot, but April drove a significant distance to show us the home that night and we loved it. We moved into that very house less than two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It would absolutely have not been possible without her.

Sue helped me find my dream home that ticked every box! She is knowledgable and detail oriented, helping to point out anything of concern in the homes we toured, as well as extremely prepared and realistic about real estate value, comps, etc. She is flexible and communicative when new homes go live, as well as comes with a plan to optimize our time together! As a young home buyer, I appreciated her fast pace communication, intentionality and action, as well as her patience in walking me through the process. Her recommendations for financing, inspection, etc. were also invaluable and made the buying process so much easier. In addition to her professionalism, she also made the buying process (which is notoriously frustrating and long) interesting and fun.
