Let me tell you straight up, this girl knows her stuff!  We have had the privilege on several occasions now, the phenomenal opportunity to have April Brower represent us. She is not only industry knowledgeable, she was willing to do what was needed to make sure our real estate transactions went through to the very end. She is built with tenacity, and has the heart of gold. But, at the same time, she is a bulldog with lipstick ready to do what is needed to protect her clients. With that said, her 20 plus years of industry knowledge shows when she is doing what she does the best, negotiating.  On a personal level, April was always a call away if there were questions, or willing to make a trip to the house to make sure it was staged properly. She generally cares about her clients, and it really does show. Not only have we had her represent us, she has also represented our parents on several transactions as well. We then looked at many many homes. We almost settled, but April found us our dream house, and sealed the deal! April was adamant for us not to hesitate in contacting her for questions, showings, or to help in any way she could. We called her once, without notice, and asked for a last minute showing on a house we never thought could possibly be ours. We thought it was a long shot, but April drove a significant distance to show us the home that night and we loved it. We moved into that very house less than two weeks ago and couldn't be happier.
