Capri has been my agent since I moved to KC in the early 2000s. She has helped me purchase and sell multiple homes. Her deep realty insight and willingness to to go bat for her clients are extremely rare. If you are looking for an agent you can do no better than Capri.

Julie was awesome to work with, she did the leg work from the very beginning, presenting the comps in our neighborhood and explaining the entire process making sure we understood and we were comfortable from listing to closing. In a tight market we faced the excitement that we sold our home turning a bit of a profit to the nervousness of not knowing where we would end up! A few times my husband and I were like okay this is the one; when in truth we would've been settling just to have a roof over our heads. We almost talked ourselves into a 1970's split-level with floor to ceiling mirrors and a sunken bathtub in the master bed room! Thank God Julie was patient and was there to talk through the pros and cons with us. At the end of the process we found a beautiful home that fits our family needs in a wonderful neighborhood and couldn't be more grateful to have had her navigate us the whole way. For those looking for an agent that isn't just there for a sale but that truly cares, Julie is the best for you and your family! Thank you Julie!!!!
