I was unsure about what price I should ask for it, and she helped me to determine a price. Within two weeks, we had an offer. After a little negotiating, we settled on an amount. Within a month, the house was sold, and she made the whole transaction so easy. I've bought and sold a house through real estate before, but I have to say that Gina made this process easy for me. I would highly recommend her for anyone's real estate needs.
