Can't say enough about working with this guy. When I decided to sell a property while living about a thousand miles away, Jordan was awesome. I was located about a thousand miles away and the place needed a few updates before hitting the market. Jordan was able to access his network and find well priced and solid people to take care of whatever was needed. I'm not any kind of lang mogul, but have moved a lot, and I've never had a realtor who would do things like change light bulbs or mow the lawn to make sure everything looked perfect before a showing, but he did and it made a big difference. Not only were all the updates done and the place hit the market right on time, but we had the offer we wanted by the end of the first weekend.
