He was very detail oriented in researching comps, very responsive, easy to work with, represented my interests in the negotiations, provided great follow up, and went above and beyond in many ways. He is also very willing to share his wealth of knowledge about local contractors who are good and fair (if you have any 'fix-it/upgrade' needs). I was very happy to work with and get to know Dan - I felt as though I made a friend along the way, and I would highly recommend him!
