Tricia is a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent to work with. She is great at recognizing and explaining market trends. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have chosen anyone better to guide me through the process.

My husband and I went into this process somewhat early and Tricia helped us to look at our options and decide when it was best to truly start the process (nearly a year later once our finances stabilized with new jobs). She was patient the entire year and only followed up with us when asked/needed and never pushed us to start looking again before we were ready. As first-time buyers, Tricia explained things very clearly and helped us find other services we needed like a lender and inspector. Our home-buying process was pretty seamless and stress-free. We got the second home we put in an offer for due to Tricia’s experience and advice about when to tour and what offers were appropriate or more appealing. She was ALWAYS available for questions and answered texts very promptly.

Tricia worked tirelessly with us for over a year. We first considered buying a house when we were moving to a new city for jobs, but ultimately we decided we should wait until our finances stabilized more. Tricia kept up with us and followed up without ever pressuring us before we were ready. She was always ready and willing to recommend other services we might need such as a lender or inspector when we weren’t sure where to go. She was also never afraid to tell us any red flags she had when we viewed a house with her. I always knew anytime I had a question I could text her and would get a response usually within minutes; she was THAT available and reliable. A wonderful realtor for a first-time home buyer, and if we ever decide to sell she would be the first person we contacted to help with that transaction.

Tricia is the absolute best! Listing my house in late 2022 right as the market was changing was stressful, but Tricia's knowledge helped me get the best price and kept my stress level down. She pointed out areas that needed to be fix/replaced which I believe resulted in a seamless inspection. Tricia hosted several open houses and pushed my listing on social media, always keeping me informed on what was going on. I 10/10 recommend Tricia!!

Trisha made the entire process enjoyable. She listened to our thoughts and expectations of the sale, and to make sure the home went to an individual and not an investment company. Which was one of the reasons we chose her specifically. She also kept in good contact with us during the process, an advised us on how to proceed when we had questions. All in all she was terrific.
