Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! She kept finding houses that fit our budget and desired accommodations and eventually we found this one and it felt like a no-brainer. The wait was worth it! Working with Rene feels like working with an old friend. She's friendly and kind and very committed to finding people the home they actually get to call home.
