Her knowledge and expertise helped to put the minds of my wife and myself at ease throughout much of the process. This relieved much of the stress and discomfort of tackling this project when neither myself nor my wife could even be in the state during the majority of the process. She was always keeping us up to date we built a house so the process was really long and not easy but she never forgot about us and always answered her phone when we had questions .
