So grateful to Joe Steelesmith for helping my wife and I buy our dream home. His knowledge and experience really came in handy several times during our deal. His attention to detail was valuable on several occasions. His coordination with the selling agent was harmonious and effective. We were able to get the Home at the price we wanted to pay as well as a nice credit for some repairs that we needed to do. Extremely grateful.
