This is my 2nd time buying/selling with Jessica and I couldn't be any more pleased. The thoughtfulness and care that she puts into each step of the process is so genuine and beyond helpful. Her knowledge and years of experience are a huge asset, only outshone by her heart and generosity. There's no way I would've been able to close on time had she not stepped in to help with appointments and trouble shooting setbacks. When friends hear about all that Jessica has taken care of for me they typically say something resembling "my realtor didn't do that" or "I didn't know that was an option." Praying I don't have to move again for a long time but if I do Jess will be the first to know.

She showed incredible patience with my indecisive moments, but the second we identified my non-negotiables, she switched into fierce advocate mode and boldly fought for what I wanted. She kept everything moving perfectly and got me to closing right on time. If you want an agent who is patient with you but bold for you, hire her! I also love the way she was very personal. It was the personal touches that made all the difference. From the specil personalized gift at closing to preparing a meal for the moving crew, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I can't recommend her enough.

Tracy stayed on top of all our inspections, setting appointments, following up, making sure we knew exactly what we needed to know. She was quick to return our texts/calls and if she didn’t know an answer she sought out someone who did. She gave us advice (that saved us money) when it came to negotiating our contract, and advised us when an expense was worth the cost. She did a great deal of background work to help us decide on an asking price for our unique house. She was forthright about what information we had access to and what we didn’t and did a great job as liaison between us and our buyers agent. We were very pleased with Tracy as our agent and would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

After trying to sell our home on our own and dealing with multiple no-shows, I was becoming increasingly frustrated. On a Monday, I reached out to Jess and told her I wanted the house on the market as soon as possible. She immediately got things moving, arranging professional photos and scheduling an open house for the following Sunday. Showings began that same day, and by Thursday, we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the buyer backed out of the contract. I was extremely disappointed and discouraged, but Jess was there to reassure me and help me stay positive throughout the setback. By Saturday afternoon, the house was back on the market, and by Monday morning, we had another accepted offer. Throughout the entire process, Jess and her team maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed of every step and clearly explaining anything that required my attention. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made all the difference. In the end, the closing went smoothly, and everything was a success. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
