We have worked with Michelle Stone to sell two large pieces of property, one in Franklin County and one in Jefferson County. In both cases, Michelle and her team put together a very professional marketing campaign, and both properties sold very quickly, at or above asking price. Michelle knows the market, knows the area, and has the contacts to make sales happen. Through both transactions, she was both professional and personal, and we now count her as a friend as well as "our realtor." We are about to list a third property with Michelle, and anticipate another successful outcome. I would highly recommend Michelle Stone if you are looking to sell (or buy) property in eastern Missouri.

Janie did a great job navigating the ups and downs of selling my home, including never losing her professionalism when acting as go between the buyers, their realtor, and myself. The house had competing offers right away, but the process was not without challenges. Janie was able to use her negotiating skills to get both sides on the same page in the end.
