Although purchase price came in lower I had a feeling that may happen. We started too high.

He is very knowledgeable, which is a huge help when looking at a new place you are unfamiliar with. He always does his research, and notices important things that I would completely forget about. One of the most important things is that he actually seemed personally invested in trying to find the right house for me. All in all, Caleb with Gateway Land and Home is knowledgeable, honest, caring, and very good at his job. Great experience all around.
