Tanya was a blessing and took the time to explain the process in terms that were very clear. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the house sold. To say anyone is the greatest is a bold claim, but Charlene really is. My wife and I decided to move to the New Orleans area and we had no idea where or how to start; thankfully someone who knew her referred her to us. Her knowledge of resources within the city and surrounding areas, from contractors, restaurants, shopping….and even starting utility services is a true blessing. Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.
