Buying a home is such a big deal and can be a very scary, confusing, and overwhelming process. Kameron helped me navigate everything and stuck with me from start to finish. As a late stage millennial/early gen z, a woman, and a person of color— buying a home seemed out of reach for me. I truly didn’t think it would ever happen for me. Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.
