I can’t tell everyone enough how pleased I am with Brittany, she was always there with answers, when I had concerns she eased my mind and helped! She never got frustrated, she is very professional and will go above and beyond. She offered to drive to my lender to drop off paperwork for me when I was stressed for time to get everything I needed done. I can’t thank her enough for everything. Mo was very knowledgeable about the current interest rates, financing and the area where my home was located. She talked me through what to expect when my house sold. I’m 83 and she was very patient with explaining terms and expectations of the sale of my home. She gave me suggestions for getting my house ready for sale and preparing my house before showing and open house. She gave me opinions to help me and supported my decisions. Her expertise in this area paid off, as my house sold within about 10 days of listing. She eased my anxieties whenever I had doubts or questions. She was very accommodating, always answering my messages or phone calls immediately and never rushing me. As having been in business my self for over 30 years in my younger days, I can attest to the fact that employees who represent you can either make you or break you.
