I have now sold a property and purchased a property both with Gretchen and each time was a positive experience. Gretchen is super knowledgeable about all things from insurance, housing markets, to inspections and financing. She always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the process. I would highly recommend Gretchen the next time you are buying or selling a house. She is also a wonderful person and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.
