whenever I had a question, Dave would always break down all of the information into something that is consumable and understandable. He would take a refreshing "twist" on classic home shopping questions. for example, Dave would ask us why a house was NOT the one when we passed on it. instead of asking what we DID like. Dave Always let us talk and he only gave his opinions when asked. I never felt pressured to buy. Dave was a joy to work with.
